For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items made to order in these fine materials.
Returns are available only for 925 Silver products, provided they are returned within the indicated time frame, unworn and in the original packaging.
Each custom creation requires approximately 4–5 weeks of processing time.
Once completed, shipping will be free and without customs costs for all orders over €350 , both in Italy and abroad.
